Billing Options
You have two options available above; please select the option most convenient for your billing situation.
- Attendee Registration
- This option will register you for the conference, and you can pay by credit card or receive an invoice in this Fiscal Year before July 1st, 2026.

- This option will register you for the conference and will delay your invoice being issued until July 1st, 2026.

Attendee Status Definitions
- Member in Good Standing
- This registration option is ONLY accessible to individuals whose membership is ACTIVE.
- The registration form allows multiple registrations of members from the same school, which are considered "Linked Profiles."
- Additional Attendee (Active Member)
- This registration option is ONLY accessible to individuals whose membership is ACTIVE.
- The registration form allows multiple registrations of members from the same school, which are considered "Linked Profiles."
- Non-Member Attendee
- This option will be used to register a non-member attendee who has never attended a NACUMS Conference and is eligible for membership (see criteria).
- As a special welcome offer, the registration fee for a first-time non-member attendee includes NACUMS individual membership through June 30, 2027 – over $100 in savings!
- Membership is subject to eligibility.

Personal Guests/Meals
Guests are spouses, partners, or friends traveling with an attendee, who must register separately if they are joining the group for meals only. Guest registration is not open to exhibitor personnel or college and university attendees. Use the Guest Meals button at the top of the page or the button below to purchase guest meals.

Justifying Attendance
Need help convincing your boss to attend NACUMS 2026? We get it – time and money are valuable, and you need to spend yours wisely! Getting approval to attend industry events in a difficult economy can be a monumental task. To assist you in making the case to attend, we've put together some ideas, as well as a sample letter, requesting approval to attend. Download the letter template below to help Justify Your Attendance to your leadership or supervisor.
Financial Assistance
NACUMS provides members in good standing an opportunity to receive full or partial financial assistance toward registration fees for the annual educational conference. If approved, full assistance up to $750 or partial assistance up to $375 will be given at the time of registration. Financial assistance is limited to one attendee, per institution, once a year, for no longer than three (3) years.
