Business Partner Registration Pricing

Register by March 13th, 2026, and receive $250 off the registration of your first booth! Exhibitors registered by March 13th will also have their company logo included in attendee marketing materials and be recognized as an exhibitor at our NPF booth. (Prices listed below do not include the early bird discount.)

• Non-Member Exhibitor: $3,990
• Additional 8 x 10 Space: $1,300 (Space Only, Does Not Include Additional Representatives)
• Additional Representatives: $275 Each

Sponsorship Opportunities

Maximize your conference experience and company exposure by sponsoring one or more items or events!

All conference sponsors will be recognized and have their company logo in the conference program as well as a sponsorship poster.

*Branded items will include your company logo along with the NACUMS logo. Company logo sponsorships are reserved for paid 2026 Business Partners until February 16, 2026. All available items will be released to all Exhibitors on February 17, 2026.

AV and Power Needs

NACUMS provides exhibitors with one standard power strip and standard Wi-Fi connection. Requests for special or additional electrical, monitors, or wired internet connectivity must be ordered directly from the Hotel’s provider no later than June 30, 2026.

• Hardwire internet orders must be submitted via the hotel's order form and emailed to [email protected]
• AV orders, including monitors, user group AV, etc. may be submitted at https://eventnow.encoreglobal.com/myevents/result/index/show_id/dd8ebdc4-00fe-f011-8406-0022482cd303/
• Electrical orders other than the standard provided connection should be directed to Kyle Schroeder at [email protected] or 405-651-2990.

Exhibitors are responsible for all charges associated with requested services.
