Hotel cancellation policy: You may cancel your room reservation without penalty 2 days before scheduled arrival date. Cancellations within 2 days of arrival or no show will result in a penalty equivalent to one room night plus tax. Upon your arrival hotel will ask you to reconfirm the number of nights you will be staying. If you subsequently depart before the actual check out date, a $50 early departure fee will apply.

Parking Information

Hotel parking is available at the Century Center Parking Garage, adjacent to the hotel on Sheridan Avenue. Hotel access is located on the 3rd floor of the garage. Current self-parking is $10 per car, per day and can be purchased at the front desk upon checking into the hotel. Current valet parking charges are $34 per car, per day, plus tax.

Transportation Options

Oklahoma City boasts a walkable downtown with many of the city’s top attractions and dining options within several blocks of the conference hotel. Connect to downtown locations via the Underground, OKC’s series of tunnels that connect a large part of the downtown, and can be accessed via the basement floor of the Sheraton.

Hop on the Oklahoma City Streetcar at the Century Center station just outside the hotel and head to Bricktown or one of many other locations along the 4.86-mile loop. Day passes can be purchased for $3 and single-use tickets for $1, and the streetcar is free for those parked in the Century Center Garage – your parking receipt is your ticket to ride the OKC Streetcar at no cost!

Taxi services are available as well as Uber and Lyft. Electric Scooters are available through Lime.
