VueturaTrac provides full in-transit tracking of mail, packages, inter-office parcels…anything you need to account for and track accurately.

Expedite internal delivery times

VueturaTrac automates the flow of incoming items to their destinations. Each receiving clerk can scan and label hundreds of parcels per hour – speeding delivery to their final destinations. Each package is given an easy to read “License Plate” that clearly identifies the location of the recipient eliminating transcription and sorting errors. VueturaTrac quickly searches the student, staff and facility database to obtain the recipient’s internal address, and then displays a list of possible matches.

100% parcel accountability

Minimize misplaced or lost parcels with VueturaTrac’s detailed recording of each step of the in the delivery process. Using mobile radio equipped computers; delivery personnel scan the “License Plate” at each distribution station and at the destination. Look up the status of an item, see its location, check the date and time of delivery, and see the signature of the recipient.

360° parcel tracking visibility

Eliminate “where’s my package?” phone calls from customers by letting them check the status of their packages on-line. VueturaTrac automatically sends an e-mail or text message notifying the recipient when their package arrives. From their web-page, a recipient can set a “watch“option to automatically alert for special handling instructions.

Better resource management

VueturaTrac provides real-time productivity monitoring and concise, professional management reports. View the reports on any PC with an Internet browser. Color graphs displaying times and activities alert you to lost or damaged items.
