NACUMS hereby disclaims all warranties, guarantees and liability for damages relating to use, review, posting or other participation in Cunimail. Cunimail users are prohibited from posting any defamatory, offensive or obscene material, posting of material that infringes on another’s intellectual property rights, posting emails regarding vendors’ prices or price-related topics, posting emails that encourage or discourage doing business with one or more entities or within one or more territories or markets. All individuals and entities posting emails to the Cunimail listserv hereby provide NACUMS and its members with a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use or reproduce posted materials in the format presented or in other formats. Cunimail users who fail to strictly abide by the rules and conditions of participation set forth above are subject to having their rights of access to Cunimail terminated and offending email(s) removed from Cunimail.
