Dear Vendor:

It is my pleasure to invite you to join the National Association of College and University Mail Services (NACUMS) as an exhibitor and/or sponsor at the 2010 NACUMS Conference to be held July 11-14, 2010 at the Hotel Albuquerque in Albuquerque, NM. This annual conference provides an excellent opportunity to display and demonstrate your products and services to representatives from over 100 colleges and universities from across the country.  NACUMS has over 600 members who are key decision makers in the college and university mailing industry. The NACUMS conference program is designed not only to offer professional development to higher education mail managers, but also to provide opportunities to meet high caliber suppliers, such as your company, while allocating plenty of time for industry networking and in-depth discussions. 

The two-day Exhibitor Program, scheduled for July 11 and 12, (Sunday and Monday), includes several vendor- specific opportunities to meet and mingle with attendees, including educational sessions held on Sunday and Monday, as well as numerous “vendor only” times.  Conference attendees are encouraged to visit each vendor booth and will be given vendor cards that must be stamped by each exhibitor in order to qualify for daily prize drawings.  This has proven very popular with both attendees and vendors.

Sponsorship opportunities are also available throughout the conference and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please review the attached registration form for sponsorship opportunities.  We have included a Silver, Gold, and Platinum level of sponsorship to provide you additional methods of increasing your presence while supporting this NACUMS Conference.  Exhibitors who are unable to attend this conference may display their literature for a fee of $350. Our Vendor Members may also send payment for a gift or donate one of their products or services as a door prize or gift during the daily drawings. Please review the enclosed brochure for more information on the two-day vendor schedule, benefits of exhibiting, and what registration includes. 

NACUMS also offers membership to corporate partners. The special Corporate Member exhibit fee price is $1,000 per booth (compared to $1,150 for non-members).  Those registered by April 16, 2010 will also receive an additional $50 off registration and be included in the official conference brochure that is mailed to over 5,500 print and mail professionals at colleges and universities across the United States.  Please visit our Vendor Information for more additional benefits of becoming a supporting vendor member.
