NACUMS 2008 Vendor Conference Information

ON LINE VENDOR REGISTRATION

Dear Vendor:

It is my pleasure to invite you to join the National Association of College and University Mail Services (NACUMS)
as an exhibitor and/or sponsor at our 2008 NACUMS Conference to be held July 12-16, 2008 at the Sheraton St.
Louis City Center in St. Louis, Missouri. This annual conference provides an excellent opportunity to display and
demonstrate your products and services to representatives from over 100 colleges and universities from across the
country. NACUMS has over 600 members who are key decision makers in the college and university mailing
industry. Our conference program is not only designed to offer professional development to higher education mail
managers, but to provide opportunities to meet high caliber suppliers, such as your company, while providing plenty
of time for industry networking and in-depth discussions.
The two-day Exhibitor Program, scheduled for Sunday and Monday, July 13 and 14, includes several vendorspecific
opportunities to meet and mingle with attendees including educational sessions held on Sunday and
Monday, the Monday Awards Luncheon, and numerous “vendor only” time. We encourage conference attendees to
visit each vendor booth by providing vendor cards that must be stamped by each exhibitor in order for the attendee
to qualify for the daily prize drawings. This has proven very popular with both attendees and vendors.
Sponsorship opportunities are also available throughout the conference and are offered on a first-come, first-served
basis. Paid sponsors confirmed by March 28, 2008 will be recognized in the conference brochure. All Premier
Sponsors will be recognized on site, in the participants’ materials and on NACUMS’ Web site, www.nacums.org.
Please don’t forget that Vendor Members hold first right of refusal. If you’re unable to attend the conference, you
can display your literature for a fee of $350. In addition, you may also send payment for a gift or donate one of your
products or services as a door prize or gift during the daily drawings. For more information on the two-day vendor
schedule, benefits of exhibiting and what your registration includes, review the enclosed brochure.
I also want to mention that NACUMS offers membership to corporate partners. The special Corporate Member
exhibit fee price is $1,000 per booth (compared to the $1150 for non-members). If you register by March 28, you’ll
also receive an additional $50 off registration and be included in the official conference brochure that is mailed to
over 5,500 print and mail professionals at colleges and universities across the United States. Please review the
