The USPS has posted a proposal in the Federal Register Notice that discusses the implementation of the Intelligent Mail Barcode (IMB). This will impact everyone who processes ANY CLASS OF DISCOUNTED MAIL. In an effort to help members prepare for this, we have created a link to a USPS video describing the IMB implementation. If you would like to read the actual Federal Register Notice, click here. You have until February 21 to make any comments on the proposal. You can mail or deliver your written comments to the Manager, Mailing Standards, U.S. Postal Service, 475 L'Enfant Plaza SW, Room 3436, Washington DC 20260-3436.
