Kenneth Hoyle, Mail Center
Manager at Houston Community College,
has, in the short time he's served as manager, totally reinvented
the system. His creative marketing and management style
has already saved the college thousands of dollars. His
creative six-step program has had a positive impact throughout
the college system. This program utilizes education materials,
seminars, focus groups, recognition, continuing education, and
signage/publications. This has brought postal requirements
and procedures to the forefront in all departments, whether they
send standard mail or produce special mail pieces. He has
also encouraged his staff to attend Postal Forums where all Mail
Center employees have earned Professional Certificates.
