Leah Boetger, MS Ed., CPLP
Senior Human Resource Development Consultant with UNM HR Employee & Organizational Development, Leah earned her MS degree with a concentration in workforce education and development from Southern Illinois University. Her areas of specialization include quality principles, interpersonal communication, and management competency development.

Dwight Davis
An entrepreneurial leader with over 20 years experience working with academic and self-support enterprises, Dwight is Associate Vice President for Auxiliary Services at Utah State University.  In this role he is leading the implementation of lean leadership and philosophies.Dwight received his Bachelors of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration at University of Houston.

Elizabeth Lombard, CMDSM, CMDSS, EMCM, MQC, MDP
Elizabeth is the National Postal–Carrier Manager with the Learning and Performance group for Pitney Bowes Inc and is responsible for the development of postal–carrier training and communications to the sales organizations and customers. She is Director of Certification Services on the National MSMA Board and frequently presents at postal, PCC, National Postal Forum and MAILCOM events.
